Shipping charges include packaging, insurance, and handling.
All items will be shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail
unless otherwise requested. HI, AK, and foreign orders are
shipped US Postal Service. Whenever possible we will ship
within one week of receiving your order. On occasion, it
may be necessary to "back order" part of your
order. You will be notified of any delays, and shipment
will take place as soon as possible.

Yarn Ordering
Please fill out the form carefully, print all information.
Use an extra sheet of paper if necessary. When ordering
yarn be sure to note the quantity of balls or skeins you
require, name of yarn and color number or name. If you are
unsure or have a question, call us and we will be happy
to help you.
Color Cards
Color Cards are available so that you may see and feel
all of the fine hand knitting yarns we offer.
Return Policy
You may return any unused yarn for a refund up to 30 days
from the date of purchase. You will receive a credit for
any yarn returned within 90 days of purchase. No returns
after 90 days. All returned yarns must be in original condition,
unused and with complete label. Sorry, we cannot accept
returns on books, needles or other accessories.
